Dalam videonya, ia bercerita pada saat ia sedang tidak punya uang ia pergi lobi hotel-hotel mewah di Jakarta. Dan hanya cukup membeli segelas kopi seharga 80 ribu, kita akan mendapatkan pengalaman yang berharga. Menurut Ronald dengan nongkrong di lobi hotel mewah kita akan melihat bagaimana caranya orang kaya bekerja.

Mungkin dari situ menurutnya kita dapat mengambil inspirasi dan termotivasi untuk memulai sesuatu demi memperbaiki nasib kita. Kita bisa meniru bagaimana cara orang-orang kaya bekerja. Kalau berani, kita juga bisa mengajak mereka bicara dan meminta saran atau pekerjaan kalau boleh. Dengan berada di tengah-tengah orang kaya bisa jadi kita ikutan jadi kaya. Wkwkwk.

Lagipula tidak semua orang akan termotivasi apabila lihat orang kaya bekerja. Setiap orang puny acara sendiri untuk memotivasi dirinya. Ini yang cukup disayangkan dari para motivator, mereka selalu mengambil sudut pandang berdasarkan dirinya. Mereka lupa banyak aspek yang harus diperhatikan mulai dari latar belakang ekonomi dan pendidikan. Belum lagi “privilege” yang mungkin mereka punya.

Yang mereka lakukan hanya menjual kata-kata manis yang dikhawatirkan akan membuat orang salah langkah. Jadi cari cara untuk memotivasi diri sendiri. Mendengar motivator tak ada salahnya, tapi tidak semuanya juga harus kita telan mentah-mentah.
